About Alethia.
The practice, the person behind it, and the principles the work is built on.
Meet the founder.
Annette is a U.S. Army veteran with more than twenty years of service in Army intelligence, and a disabled veteran. Alethia is the next chapter of that service: bringing the discipline, tradecraft, and judgment of a military intelligence career to government and commercial clients.
She works directly with every client — there is no bench, no hand-off, and no junior team learning on your time.

Our commitment to the truth.
Alethia takes its name from aletheia, the Greek word for truth — literally, the state of being unconcealed. That is the whole practice in one word: bringing hidden things to light, and telling you what we actually see rather than what is comfortable to hear.
Our purpose is clear: to bring hidden things to light — and report what we actually see.
Our commitment to our clients.
Every engagement is led personally by the founder and scoped around one question: what do you need to know to decide?
Evidence first
Assessments are sourced, caveated, and honest about uncertainty. If we don't know, we say so.
Plain answers
Findings arrive in plain language a decision-maker can act on — not hedged jargon.
Your capability, not our dependency
Where we build or train, the goal is a function that runs without us.
Veteran-founded, service-driven.
Guided by the values of two decades in uniform, Alethia serves with the same discipline it was built on — delivering work that embodies the principles that shaped it.
